We smoke our whole packer brisket low and slow for over 20 hours to generate that soft, juicy, smoky flavor that we are known for.

Rib Tips

Known to the locals as 'Man Candy' (don't Google it). These little bite-size pieces are a delicious dry rub tasty morsel. Seasoned to taste like sugar peppered bacon. We slow smoke the tips over a combination of oak and cherry woods. You didn't listen and Googled it, didn't you? There are some things you just can't unsee.

Smoked Turkey Breast

Tender smoked turkey breast. Available in 1/4 lb, 1/2 lb, or 1 lb portions. Choice of original sauce, South Carolina mustard sauce, or no sauce.

Teriyaki Chicken

Marinated in our own J. Brian's Teriyaki sauce for two days then the chicken thighs are grilled over real oak wood until tender then sliced into bite size pieces.

Papa Dean's Virginia Baked Beans

Every year we are invited to "Papa Dean Marlow's" home for Christmas in a town not far from Yorktown, Virginia. He makes these beans in a big old pot that looked like it came over on the Mayflower and that is all I eat for days. They are so good I have put them on ice cream. Seriously.
